Q: How do I register as a delegate?
Registration is available online. See our How to Register page for details. You can also book accommodation, purchase tickets to the Botanical Gardens 'Summer Sunset Party', the CBSO Concert at Symphony Hall and Conference T-Shirts online. Follow the link above for details.
Q: How do I book a ticket for an individual concert?
All Conservatoire and Town Hall concerts are included in the Conference registration price. However, if you would like to attend a Town Hall concert but will not be attending the Conference, a limited amount of tickets will be available for the events closer to the time (subject to availablity). These tickets can be purchased through the THSH Box Office. Tickets for the CBSO Concert at Symphony Hall must be purchased separately through our registration form, or through the THSH Box Office.
Q: Can I come for the day?
Yes, daily tickets are available to purchase in advance via the website, or on the day at the Registration desk (subject to availability) for the price of £65 (students - £45). Daily tickets include entrance to all Conservatoire and Town Hall concerts and events.
Q: What's the exchange rate from my currency to/from pounds sterling (UK currency)?
For up-to-date currency conversions, visit XE.com . We suggest checking this site regularly as exchange rates can fluctuate.
Q: What's the weather like in Britain during July?
Britain has a changeable climate, so bring a variety of clothing with you! According to BBC Weather, the average July maximum temperature in Birmingham is 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Farenheit), falling to 12 degrees Celsius (53 degrees Farenheit) during the evening. Rain is common in the British Isles, so be sure to pack a good coat! Checking BBC Weather closer to the time is also advised.
